Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because each Tera Vida item is handmade (and many are made-to-order), all sales are final. We don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
That said, if something doesn’t feel right with your order, please message me—I’m always happy to help and find a solution when possible.

Cancellations
Changed your mind? Contact me within 2 hours of placing your order and I’ll do my best to cancel it before it goes into production or shipping.
Shipping & Responsibility Disclaimer
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Tera Vida cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, or for issues caused by circumstances outside of my control.
This includes (but isn’t limited to) carrier delays, handling by third parties, weather conditions, and incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout. By placing an order, you agree that shipping risks after dispatch are assumed by the customer.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
