Terms of Service

TeraVida is a handmade shop run by Tereza Šancová, based at Chemin du Bochet 6, 1028 Préverenges, Switzerland. By ordering from teravida.net, you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final. Payment is taken securely through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) — we never see or store your card details. TeraVida is not VAT-registered, so prices include no VAT.

Making and shipping

Most pieces are made to order by hand; please allow 3–5 working days before your order ships. See our shipping and delivery answers for costs and timing.

We ship with Swiss Post. Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein you choose at checkout between PostPac Economy (CHF 7.50, delivered within 2 working days of posting) and PostPac Priority (CHF 9.00, delivered the next working day); Economy is free from CHF 100.00, Priority always costs CHF 9.00. You can also choose free personal pickup in Préverenges (Chemin du Bochet 6, 1028 Préverenges), by arrangement: select it at checkout and, once your order is ready, I'll email you with times to come and collect it. For now I only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein — write to me if you'd like a piece sent abroad.

Returns

Swiss law gives no right of withdrawal for online purchases, so all sales are final and pieces aren't taken back or exchanged for a change of mind. A piece that arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered is repaired, replaced or refunded at TeraVida's cost if you report it within 14 days of delivery, and an order can be cancelled within 2 hours of ordering; see Returns & Cancellations for how.

Responsibility

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, TeraVida is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the carrier, or for issues caused by incorrect shipping details given at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law.
